My you have been busy :-) The cheese cave is looking really great. You have a lot of cheese eating ahead of you. The gardens have come along well. We have spent the weekend working on the "Great wall of Bellavista" ...weeding and preparing for more potatoe planting. The celeriac and leeks went in and are looking settled......thank you :-) I will be using the limes to make preserved limes and lime cordial when I get back. Yum !
