The Rosenborg Danish style White Castello Cheese has surpassed all expectations, the flavour and texture is perfect flavour mild the way Genni like her cheeses, I like it a little more mature.
It goes well on a small dry biscuit with Sundowners!!!

  1. Taking time out this morning to catch up on my favourite blog :-) I am so pleased the white castello worked out well. I have my kit ready to go....have almost read the book and all I need is a solid block of time and away I go. I would be interested in the chorizo recipe as we do like hot spicy food.

    The veggie garden looks great....you must be running out of room to move by now. Keep up the good work. I love reading about it. Looking forward to seeing you both soon.
