The harvested vegetables for to nights Dinner “Spaghetti Bolognaise”
Just before the much needed rain started.

Recipe:-
A goods splash of extra virgin Olive Oil into the stewing pot.
add ½ teaspoon of minced Garlic Chopped Fresh Thyme and Rosemary
A chopped Onion and cest of ½ Lemon
2 finely chopped medium hot Bell Peppers
Turn on the heat and cook till fragrant, add ½ kg minced Pork
And brown while constantly stirring.
Once browned add 250 gr. of good Italian tomato paste and ½ teaspoon Oregano chopped Italian Parsley and 200 ml of Red Wine. Some fresh ground Pepper and a little Salt to taste
Simmer gently for ½ hour stirring from time to time.
Add the juice of ½ Lemon and adjust with some more red wine.

Serve on a bed of freshly cooked Whole meal Spaghetti
(need to boil for 30 minutes) in plenty of water.

Sprinkle with grated parmesan Cheese and grated tasty Cheddar.

And Italian side Salad: - Chopped lettuces fine Onion ring small cubed tomatoes and plenty of Kalamata Olives garnished with chopped parsley
